For over 20 years, Texas Surveyors, has been providing professional surveying services in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex area and throughout all of Texas. Texas Surveyors has surveyed for many Cities, Counties, School District's, Mortgage Companies and Title Companies. Texas Surveyors serves both the public and private sector in all categories of surveying.
These services extend from the initial boundary surveys and topographic information and continue through the platting and construction staking phases of development. Many of these projects involved route surveys that not only included cross sections and profiles, but also included the locations, horizontally and vertically, of improvements, utilities and structures along the routes for offsite improvements that could affect the alignment and design of the project
Some projects required the establishment of a control network relative to the Texas Coordinate System NAD83 or NAD27, deed research, field reconnaissance, boundary retracement, preparation of right-of-way strip maps, parcel exhibits and field note descriptions for acquisition or abandonment of easements and right-of-ways
